Goodlooking Party-Girl Lucy leads a normal life with a lot of friends and alcohol. When she falls into the hands of gangster Kang after a night of heavy drinking in Taipeh, she is forced to smuggle a new drug in her body. Things get worse when a competing gang gets hold of her, and the physical abuse releases the drug into her system. But the impact is unexpected: Lucy is stronger and her mental abilities are higher than ever. She masters telekinetic abilities and is immune to pain. The more the drug spreads in her body, the more she evolves. But she doesn't want to be the perfect war machine, she wants to be human - and searches for help from neurologist Professor Norman.
