In a magical, living house in the mountains of Columbia, there lives the family of the perfectionistic Alma. Ever since the house exists, everyone who is born into this family gets a special magical power. Everyone except Mirabel. After years of feeling left out and not wanted, she discovers a dark prophecy, which could destroy the magic forever. Since no one wants to listen to her, she knows her only chance to change the prophecy, is to find her uncle Bruno, who disappeared years ago. Can Mirabel find her uncle and change the prophecy in time to safe the magic and her family?
